3 additional children are missing in Missouri as of May 24, 2025, bringing this year's total to 23

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), three more missing children’s posters were added to its website on May 24, 2025, bringing the total for the month to seven missing teenagers.

The previously reported four missing persons are still listed on the NCMEC website, and their names are provided below.

Here is information about the three additional missing children, as well as contact information for the appropriate agencies.

Ellory Allen James Teague

Ellory Allen James Teague, 17, has been missing since May 19, 2025, from Black, Missouri. Ellory may be with a juvenile male. If you have any information, please contact the Reynolds County Sheriff’s Department in Missouri at 1-573-648-2491.

Sean Albert McDaniel

Sean McDaniel, age 16, has been missing since May 19, 2025, from Black, Missouri. Sean may be in Springfield, Missouri, or Topeka, Kansas. He is believed to be with a juvenile male. If you have any information, please contact the Reynolds County Sheriff’s Department in Missouri at 1-573-648-2491.

Malachi Thompson

Malachi Thompson, age 19, has been missing since May 15, 2025, from Springfield, Missouri. If you have any information, please contact the Springfield Police Department in Missouri at 1-417-864-1810.

The following children were previously reported as missing for May 2025: JaQuarion HelmTa’kiya RobersonRebecca Nupp, and Jesse England.

From previously reported missing children for April, 2025, these five children are still missing: Landam BurnhamZaKurreyia WeaverFaith Marie RogersZoey Phillips, and DeAnthony Miner.

As previously reported, these five children have been missing since March 2025: Jamear TaylorTony Tarez SteeplesIysis CrossJeremih Kahari, and Jordan Thomas.

There are still four children listed as missing since February 2025: Antuanija RobyHannah MooreChance Echelmeyer, and Hermelindo Tiul Chub.

According to the NCMEC website, the two 17-year-olds, Bertram Griffin and Alexis Whitley, have been missing since January 2025.

Please do not assume that all missing teenage children are runaways. Furthermore, Missouri law classifies any runaway as a missing child. (§ 43.400, RSMo 2023.)

The NCMEC website has the advantage of allowing you to keep track of missing children from your city or state. When a child’s poster is removed, it could mean that the case has been resolved or that the poster has been removed. When a child is listed, the investigative agency may have yet to add a poster.

The NCMEC is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that collaborates with families and law enforcement to locate missing children. The NCMEC operates a 24-hour Call Center, which can be reached at 1-800-843-5678. This organization also works to prevent kidnappings, locate missing children, and end child sexual exploitation.
