MONSTERS WHO WANT OUR COUNTRY TO GO TO HELL': Trump blows Memorial Day rant over 'USA-hating' judges, claims they are 'sick' and' very dangerous'

Rather than just honoring America’s fallen military heroes, President Donald Trump chose to mark Memorial Day this year with a scathing Truth Social post — written in all caps — criticizing “USA HATING” federal judges for wanting “our country to go to hell.”

“Happy Memorial Day to all, including the scum that spent the last four years trying to destroy our country … through judges who are on a mission to keep murderers, drug dealers, rapists, gang members, and released prisoners from all over the world, in our country so they can rob, murder, and rape again,” Trump wrote shortly before seven o’clock EST.

“All protected by these USA hating judges who suffer from an ideology that is sick, and very dangerous for our country,” he roared.

The post comes as the Trump administration is dealing with lawsuits and rulings related to allegations of civil rights violations, as well as court mandates being ignored in immigration cases and other legal battles involving Trump’s presidency.

A federal judge in Massachusetts, for example, stated last week that the Trump administration had “unquestionably” violated his order by deporting migrants to South Sudan — a country from which none of the migrants originate — without due process or a reasonable opportunity to express concerns about their fear of the war-torn country, an action he said could amount to criminal contempt of court.

Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man deported to El Salvador despite having protected status, have accused the Trump administration of defying a federal judge and the US Supreme Court by refusing to provide any information about what was done to “facilitate” his return to the United States after he was shipped off in March.

Abrego Garcia’s case stems from the government’s use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA), a wartime authority that had previously been invoked only three times, the last of which occurred during WWII.

Trump shared other posts on his Truth Social page on Monday honoring America’s fallen, including a video of a trumpet player at Arlington National Cemetery, but it was the all-caps tirade that drew the most attention, receiving more likes and reposts than any other message posted on Trump’s page that day.

The president continued:

HOPEFULLY THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, AND OTHER GOOD AND COMPASSIONATE JUDGES THROUGHOUT THE LAND, WILL SAVE US FROM THE DECISIONS OF THE MONSTERS WHO WANT OUR COUNTRY TO GO TO HELL. BUT FEAR NOT, WE HAVE MADE GREAT PROGRESS OVER THE LAST 4 MONTHS, AND AMERICA WILL SOON BE SAFE AND GREAT AGAIN! AGAIN, HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY, AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!

The attack comes just over a week after Trump chastised the U.S. Supreme Court for impeding his administration’s efforts to deport Venezuelan migrants under the AEA.

“The Supreme Court of the United States is not allowing me to do what I was elected to do,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social page.

The post followed a 7-2 decision by the Supreme Court that temporarily halted Trump’s use of the AEA, which was last used during World War II to detain and imprison Japanese Americans living in the United States.

The Department of Homeland Security is now using the wartime authority to deport people accused of being members of the Tren de Aragua gang, allegedly without due process.

On May 17, Trump shared a post from ally and lawyer Mike Davis condemning the Supreme Court’s order as a “illegal injunction” against the president, which Davis claims is “preventing him from commanding military operations to expel these foreign terrorists,” according to the post.
