A crash with injuries knocked off power to several traffic lights in Clarksville.
The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, shortly after 4:30 p.m., at the intersection of Golf Club Lane and Drinkard Drive.
The collision disrupted many traffic signals along Madison Street. Police said drivers should consider all affected junctions as four-way stops until power is restored.
