The final day of the 32nd TSSAA Spring Fling is in the books, and Farragut will return to East Tennessee as champions once more.

The Admirals defeated Clarksville 11-3 in their fourth straight 4A state championship, thanks to pitcher Cole Draper’s complete game performance.

Coalfield played in its first 1A title game since 1998, but lost 6-5 to Eagleville.

The Yellow Jackets rallied from a 5-1 deficit to tie the game in the seventh, but a throwing error allowed the Eagles to walk off with the championship.

Greeneville won the 3A championship for the second time in three seasons. Carson Quillen, Mr. Baseball, led a dominant 10-0 victory over Munford.
