ACTRESS Sophie Nyweide, 24, was pregnant when she died, according to the US Sun.
The young star was discovered dead on a riverbank in her home state of Vermont on April 14.
The death certificate obtained by The US Sun stated that Nyweide was “pregnant at the time of death.”
A representative from the Vermont Department of Health told The Sun, “This individual was pregnant at the time of death.”
Nyweide was discovered in the woods behind a local high school in Bennington, Vermont, according to the document.
She was declared dead at 4:53 a.m., and the cause of death is currently being investigated.
According to her mother, Shelly Gibson, police have not ruled out foul play, despite her claim that her daughter was “using drugs.”
According to a Bennington Police Department document obtained by The Sun, the incident is being investigated as a “possible unintentional overdose.”
According to the certificate, Nyweide was cremated, and the star will be mourned at a Burlington funeral home on an undetermined date.

Nyweide, who was not working at the time of her death, was best remembered for her childhood acting roles.

According to her family, she began snowboarding when she was five years old to emulate her older brother, Huck.

Gibson has spoken out about her daughter’s death since the tragedy, claiming Nyweide was “self-medicating” to cope with trauma.
In her obituary, her family stated that Nyweide’s kindness led to her “being taken advantage of by others.”
“She wrote and drew voraciously, and much of this art depicts the depth she had, and it also represents the pain she suffered,” according to the death certificate.
“Many of her writings and artwork are roadmaps of her struggles and traumas.”
The family has requested that instead of flowers, people donate to RAINN, an organization dedicated to combating sexual violence, in Nyweide’s name.
