On Friday, the Christian County Grand Jury returned indictments for wanton endangerment, fleeing, and drug trafficking-related crimes.
William Waters, 47, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and violating a foreign EPO after allegedly attempting to set fire to a home on March 4. Waters allegedly poured lighter fluid throughout the living room and tried to start a fire while two children were present.
Tyler Kozlowski, 28, of Pulaski, Wisconsin, was indicted on several charges after allegedly leading law enforcement on a pursuit while under the influence of a substance on March 5.
He was charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and other traffic violations.
Lamonte Barnes, 31, of Evansville, was indicted on multiple charges after allegedly leading police on a pursuit in February.
Barnes was charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree attempted assault of a police officer, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, speeding, and failing to signal.
Charles Gray, 18, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on multiple charges after allegedly leading police on a pursuit that ended in a wreck on February 20. Gray is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol, and other traffic violations.
Jeremy Mann, 37, and Jimmy Cornell Jr., 43, both of Hopkinsville, were indicted on drug trafficking charges after law enforcement executed a search warrant at a residence on Lafayette Road on March 12. Law enforcement reportedly discovered methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.
Mann faces four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cornell was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Kyan Buckner, 21, was charged with three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possessing restricted ammunition, and possessing drug paraphernalia following the execution of a search warrant on March 11.
