CLARKSVILLE, TN — More than 24 hours later, search efforts for the 12-year-old boy reported missing on Sunday afternoon in the Billy Dunlop Park area continue.
According to previous reports, a father reported his 12-year-old son missing around 1:45 p.m. on Sunday and was last seen in Billy Dunlop Park at Big West Fork Creek.
Multiple agencies are actively involved in the search, including:
- Clarksville Fire Rescue
- Clarksville Police Department
- Montgomery County EMS
- Montgomery County Dive Team
- Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency
- Stewart County Fire Rescue
- Cumberland Search and Recovery K9 Unit
- Waterdogs Scuba and Safety
Billy Dunlop Park, Robert Clark Park, and the Clarksville Blueway will remain closed until further notice to ensure public safety and allow search operations to proceed.
