Minneapolis police are searching for a man and his two children, who were last seen in April.

Oystern Talbert was last seen near Minneapolis with his son and daughter on April 22, according to a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) alert. Talbert abandoned the mother of the children.

Talbert planned to travel to Dallas, Texas, or Atlanta, Georgia, with his 11-year-old son William (5’0″ and 80 pounds) and 10-year-old daughter Gabriella (5’0″ and 110 pounds).

According to the BCA, Talbert drives a blue and purple Dodge Challenger with a missing front fender and the Texas license plate PMT5490.
