FRANKFORT, Ky. — According to a recent survey, Andy Beshear (D-Kentucky) still has one of the highest approval ratings among all 50 governors.
Morning Consult released the results of its most recent polling on Thursday, revealing that Beshear maintained a 68% approval rating during the first three months of 2025.
Beshear has the highest approval rating among Democratic governors and the second-highest overall.
Phil Scott (R-Vermont) has the highest approval rating, with 75% of registered voters surveyed.
According to the most recent survey, 25% of respondents disapproved of Beshear’s job performance.
Beshear’s approval increased 3% over earlier January polling, while his disapproval decreased 2%. Last July, his approval and disapproval ratings were 67% and 28%, respectively.
