On Thursday, a two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of North Drive and West 15th Street, potentially resulting in injuries.
According to the report, David Bradshaw of Hopkinsville was traveling south on North Drive near the West 15th Street intersection, while Lee Begley of Hopkinsville was traveling north on North Drive and attempting to turn left onto West 15th Street.
Begley reportedly turned in the path of Bradshaw’s car, causing the collision. Bradshaw reportedly told first responders that he tried to stop to avoid hitting Begley’s car but was unable to do so.
Bradshaw, his passenger, and a passenger from Begley’s car were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries.
