CLARKSVILLE, TN – A man was fatally stabbed at a construction site on Old Russellville Pike Tuesday morning.
According to Officer Scott Beaubien, Clarksville Police received a 911 call through the language line around 9:39 a.m. about an assault that had already occurred in the 1600 block of Old Russellville Pike.
Two employees were involved in an argument that escalated, with one of them being stabbed.
The victim was taken to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, where he was later pronounced dead. The victim’s name is withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The suspect remained on the scene and was present when police arrived. Cristian Noe Moreno-Henandez, 24, of Springfield, was charged with homicide and held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
