CLARKSVILLE, TN — The man who was stabbed to death at a construction site on Old Russellville Pike Tuesday morning has been identified as 27-year-old Ivan Villa Contreras of Guthrie, Kentucky.

According to previous reports, Clarksville Police received a 911 call around 9:39 a.m. reporting an assault in the 1600 block of Old Russellville Pike. Two workers were in an argument that escalated, and one of them was stabbed. Contreras was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Cristian Noe Moreno-Hernandez, 24, of Springfield, has been charged with homicide.
