CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — While responding to a house fire in Clarksville on Saturday afternoon, crews managed to save a dog.

Clarksville Fire Rescue responded to a report of a residential structure fire on Concord Drive shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 3.

During the search and rescue efforts, officials said firefighters discovered one dog, who was treated by EMS on the scene.

According to first responders, there were no injuries reported following the incident.

According to the fire department, the American Red Cross was called in to assist the residents. However, the extent of the fire’s damage is unknown.
